Remember that virtual assistants are business owners themselves, and as such, they should have a good understanding of what they can offer you, to help move your business forward.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A good VA will allow you to do a \u201ctrial time\u201d where you, the client, buy a limited amount of hours, and give the VA a smaller project to start with, so you can both get a feel for how the other works, and see if you\u2019re a good match to work together. Sometimes people just don\u2019t work well together, and it\u2019s not one person, or the other\u2019s fault, it\u2019s just not a good match. Give a small but challenging project to start, so you can see if the VA you\u2019d like to hire, can handle the kind of work you\u2019d like to see them complete.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is also a good idea to have a separate list of qualities that you might like to have in your VA, such as, a pleasant phone personality, easy to get along with, willing to take on additional tasks and so forth.
